(TSX:MCB) The transaction closed today and is effective December 31, 2010. McCoy Parts & Service, consists of 5 locations including 3 parts and service centres located in Edmonton and Red Deer, Alberta; as well as parts operations in Grande Prairie, Alberta and Penticton, British Columbia. The division employs approximately 90 employees who are expected to join the Fleet Brake group of companies. Started in 1914 by Henry McCoy, McCoy Parts and Service is one of the most established and capable businesses in the heavy duty parts and service industry.
